If you don’t know what you’re doing, pray to the Father. He loves to help. You’ll get his help, and won’t be condescended to when you ask for it. Ask boldly, believing, without a second thought. People who “worry their prayers” are like wind-whipped waves. Don’t think you’re going to get anything from the Master that way, adrift at sea, keeping all your options open.

I had never felt more trapped than I did sitting in the back office banking environment. Every morning I would drag myself to work and try to justify what I was doing in a bank instead of following my passions, chasing my dreams.
On one end love is pulling me in, reassuring me of God’s kindness and his presence and on the other end a never ending war of terror. It seems I’m afraid of the unknown. It’s this fear of surrendering that keeps me awake at night.
